Tony E. Di Toto

Tony Emil Di Toto, age 93, of Arlington, VA died on April 19, 2015 at the Powhatan Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Falls Church, VA. He was born on September 27, 1921 in Washington, DC to the late Emilio and Anna Di Toto.
Tony was an champion amateur boxer in the 1930's and 1940's before joining the United States Army. Tony served in the Army from August 1, 1942 to October 20, 1945 earning the Good Conduct Medal and the European African Middle Eastern Service Ribbon while continuing to box during this time. He was inducted into the Boxing Hall of Fame in 1983.
Tony was the beloved husband of over 20 years of the late Margaret Di Toto, loving and devoted father of Tony E. Di Toto, Jr., and also survived by numerous other family and friends
