Robert A. Tucker, Sr. "Bob" entered eternal rest on Friday, December 28, 2012, at home in Leesburg, Virginia. Beloved husband of Susan Riesgo Tucker;father of Robert A. Tucker, Jr.(Renee Gustafson);and Joshua G. Tucker; and Zachary M. Tucker. Brother of Susan D. (Dean)Turner of Concord, North Carolina, and Pamela Erin Tucker(deceased). Step-grandfather of Liberty Nichols. Brother-in-law of Patricia Riesgo-Hodgson and David Hodgson of Chesapeake, Virginia; Joanne Riesgo and David Pietrucha of Oak Lawn, Illinois;and Thomas and Nancy Riesgo of Belfast, Maine. Uncle to Nicole, Matthew, Benjamin Pietrucha; Melissa Riesgo; Drew, Paxton, Grady and Caroline Turner.

Born October 29, 1950, in Corpus Christi, Texas, to Navy(Ret.)Captain Charles Eldred Tucker and Jane Allan Tucker (both deceased). Lived in Arlington, Virginia; London, England; Paris, France; and Brussels, Belgium;as well as Florida and Rhode Island during childhood. Founder and president of Liberty Home Services. Loved God, his family, good food, pick-up basketball, the Redskins, the Wizards(kept calling them "the Bullets"), playing his guitar, the ocean, and a good book. Our family will not be the same in his absence, but we will hold him close in our hearts until we meet again. Private services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the johns Hopkins Hospital Liver Transplant Team or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
