  1. Our sincere condolences to Carol, Deborah, and Rachel. May our dad and Ricky’s grandfather RIP. He was my dad, by birth, who I never really got to know. I am so sorry for that. I know he would be very proud of the person I have become and of his only grandson, Richmond as he is entering his first year of college. May the angels watch over him. God Bless.

  8. One thing I’d really like to comment on is that weightloss system fast is possible by the appropriate diet and exercise. Someone’s size not merely affects the look, but also the general quality of life. Self-esteem, depressive disorder, health risks, and physical skills are disturbed in extra weight. It is possible to do everything right and still gain. Should this happen, a medical problem may be the reason. While excessive food rather than enough physical exercise are usually guilty, common medical ailments and key prescriptions can easily greatly enhance size. Thx for your post right here.
