January 25, 1985 ~ March 9, 2014
Jason David Worth, age 29, of Alexandria, VA died on March 9, 2014 at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital. Jason was born on January 25, 1985 as a 24 week old Preemie at a time when few survived that age. His first year of life was spent in Johns Hopkins Hospital fighting for his life. Jason was the beloved son of Ronald David Worth of Alexandria, VA. And the late Carolyn Ann Worth, who passed away on July 12, 1999, loving older brother of Christopher Ryan Worth of Olney, Maryland. He was loved by all he encountered and despite his physical limitations there is very little in life he did not experience. He sincerely loved every day that he lived on earth. In lieu of Flowers the family has asked for donations to be made to: either St. Coletta of Greater Washington, 1901 Independence Avenue, SE Washington, DC 20003 or Tenbrook School c/o CHI Centers at 10611 Tenbrook Dr, Silver Spring, MD 20901.

It is with great sadness that I send my condolences to my dear brother Ron and nephew Chris. I was very proud to be Jason’s Aunt for 29 years. Even though the miles separated us he was always in our hearts. Jason loved life and we were very blessed to have been a part of his. I have great peace knowing he is reunited with his loving Mother in heaven. We love you Jason and will miss you always..
