Mitch was one of the best coaches I ever had the pleasure of playing for and words cannot express the impact he had on my life. He gave us tough love but we always knew he wanted us to be the best versions of ourselves on and off the field. Even after my years of playing were over, he continued to support and encourage me whether in grad school or in my coaching endeavors. Coach Mitch was truly one of a kind and I cannot thank him enough for all he has done for us. We will always love and miss him💜
I am sincerely sorry to hear of his passing. I am very glad I was able to visit Mitch with a few teammates this summer. It gave us some time with him although we said goodbye, I had hoped it wasn’t the last time. I am truly saddened by this news. He was a dear man. My condolences to all who loved Mitch, especially his family.
Warm Regards!
