Claude "Harry" Warren

My condolences, Meg, Chan, and Hannah. Harry passed the Kaleidoscope Orchestra on to me in 2003 and I led it until 2020. I’d played in it since 1988. I’ve recently passed it on to a good, experienced, younger musician, Elijah Balbed, who will lead it past my life span. Harry built the music book with such wonderful charts, and the book is beloved by many musicians. His legacy is going to live on. Google “Kaleidoscope Orchestra” from time to time. Elijah hopes to hold his first rehearsal in March.

Your father was such a mentor to me in big band, jazz, and saxophone! I would not be as much of a musician as I am today without his help.
